Metroland Rates
Metroland does not return rates to our platforms by default, so you will see their rates displayed as $0.00. However, Metroland can share your account-specific rates with us so they will appear in your ShipEngine account.
To see these rates using ShipEngine, please contact Metroland and ask them to share your account rate cards with us so we can return those rates to you.

Metroland Rate Cards and the Rate Browser: Rates are not available via API, but Metroland can upload a customer-specific rate card so rates will appear in ShipEngine. The carrier can share customer-specific rate cards with us that we implement on our side. If you do not have a rate card provided by Metroland then you will see $0.00 for rates.

What it means: This error from MPS indicates that something about your credentials is not configured correctly on the carrier’s side. In this case, your credentials were entered correctly in ShipEngine, but the carrier has not configured your account to work with Auctane products.
