Action Required: 🇳🇿 New Zealand Border Levy Changes
Effective April 1, 2026, a new NZD $2.21 (+ GST) levy applies to low-value air freight consignments entering New Zealand. This fee is separate from the 15% GST are already being collected, and it applies per package, not per item.

Enable Commercial Invoice Generation
International shippers should contact Aramex to ensure that commercial invoice generation is enabled on your Aramex International account. This is to ensure you can generate commercial invoices when creating international shipping labels in ShipStation API.

You can add up to 3 label messages, which will appear in the Remarks section of the shipping label, separated by a comma. However, there is only one line available on the printed label for Remarks. Longer messages may be truncated.
- Aramex requires the full ship to address and customs information in order to return a rate to ShipStation API.
- Aramex International does not support 3rd-party billing.
