In alignment with the Windsor Framework, Starlinks has introduced data requirements when shipping from the UK to Northern Ireland (NI). These changes will take effect on 31st March 2025. On 19th September 2024, the UK Government confirmed that the new arrangements under the Windsor Framework for parcels and freight movements that were planned to come into effect from 30th September 2024 will be deferred until 31st March 2025. You cannot create multi-package shipments in ShipEngine. It may be possible to do so by logging in to your Starlinks online portal.

ShipEngine does not submit customs documents for Starlinks Global international shipments.
You must generate your own customs documents and submit them electronically to Starlinks for international shipments. For details, see section 8: CUSTOMS CLEARANCE – ALL COUNTRIES on page 7 of the Starlink Global Terms and Conditions PDF.
