Sendle Shipments Updates

Effective immediately, Sendle has halted all bookings for parcel pickup and delivery across all regions. ShipStation API will update the FAQs below as details for Sendle customers become available.

What happens to parcels in transit?

Any parcel that is in transit is under the control of the relevant delivery partners (e.g., CouriersPlease, Aramex, etc.) and delivery is at the partner's discretion. You will need to reach out to the delivery partner directly for updates on specific tracking numbers.

If you have a direct Sendle account you can find out which delivery partner has your parcel by downloading the Sendle label. The delivery partners logo will also be on the Sendle label.

If you are using Sendle from ShipStation API please contact the ShipStation API support team and they will be able to reach out to the carrier on your behalf.

What happens to scheduled pickups?

Any pickup scheduled for Monday, January 12th or later will not occur. These bookings are considered cancelled.

What do I do if my shipments haven't been picked up yet?

Sendle has advised that all pending shipments will be cancelled, including pickups. You will need to void the label and then use an alternative carrier to complete the delivery.

At this time we recommend updating your automation rules to apply an alternative carrier like GlobalPost. See Australian Carrier Integrations or Canadian Carrier Integrations for all available options.

Will I be able to use Sendle again?

At this time, there isn’t any indication of when Sendle would resume operations. We will provide any updates on Sendle as we receive them.
