With ShipEngine's ePost Global integration, you can create international shipments destined for ePost Global's 220 supported countries. ePost Global is available for shipments originating in the US.

Action Required: 🇳🇿 New Zealand Border Levy Changes
Effective April 1, 2026, a new NZD $2.21 (+ GST) levy applies to low-value air freight consignments entering New Zealand. This fee is separate from the 15% GST are already being collected, and it applies per package, not per item.

To connect your ePost Global account in the ShipEngine dashboard:

Select the ePost Global tile from the Available Carriers pop-up window.
- Enter your ePost Global Username and Password into the corresponding fields.
- Click the Connect button.

ShipStation API's integration to ePost Global allows for the following additional features:

| Label Messages | ShipStation API will automatically use the Order Number for Reference Field #1 for ePost Global shipping labels. If you define a value for Label Message 1, it will override the default Order Number. |
| Automatic Manifesting |
ePost Global shipments are automatically manifested nightly. If you do not want your ePost Global shipments to be automatically manifested, you'll need to contact your ePost Global account representative and have them disable the feature. If you need a copy of a manifest that was automatically closed, contact ePost Global to retrieve your manifest. |

- To display estimated rates, contact your ePost Global account representative and have them load your rate table into your account. Once your rate table is loaded, contact our support team to have estimated rates enabled.
- Shipments to Russia are not available with ShipStation API's ePost Global integration.
