Team Global Express Priority Requirements

Weighted Services

Any service with a weight in its name (e.g., “B2C Priority 1kg Satchel ATL”) requires that exact weight to be entered for the shipment.

Team Global Express Priority will charge a penalty if the weight of the parcel is more than the weight in the service name, but not if the parcel is less than that weight.

Connect Team Global Express Priority to ShipEngine

To connect your Team Global Express Priority account in the ShipEngine dashboard:

  1. Select the Team Global Express Priority tile from the Available Carriers pop-up window.

  2. Enter the following details of your Team Global Express Priority account into the corresponding fields:

    Name, Email, Company Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2 (optional), Suburb, State, Contact's Name, Account Number, and Team Global Express Priority Account Manager.

  3. OPTIONAL: Check the boxes next to the following options if they apply to your Team Global Express Priority account:

    • Test Account?: This is a test Team Global Express Priority account for creating sample labels.

    • Skip rating during label creation?: Do not receive estimated rates in ShipEngine from Team Global Express Priority.

  4. Click the Connect button.

The information entered into the connection window will be sent to ShipEngine Support. We will contact Team Global Express Priority on your behalf for your onboarding credentials, which will then be added to your ShipEngine account by our Support team.

ShipEngine Support will then create and send a test label to Team Global Express Priority for approval. Once approved, your Team Global Express Priority account will be ready to use with your ShipEngine account.

Team Global Express Priority supports up to 30 characters total for Label Messages 1 and 2. To show this text, concatenate (join) the two fields with a comma followed by a space ', ' at the end of Message 1. For example: 'Message1, Message2'

Shipping labels created for this carrier will include a tracking number that can be used to view the shipment status on the carrier's tracking website. Tracking may not be available for all shipping services.

Shipment manifests and End of Day documents are submitted electronically to the carrier by ShipEngine.

Shipment manifests and End of Day documents are generated as PDF files that can be printed along with shipping labels. Because these documents are not electronically submitted, physical copies must be provided to the carrier.

ShipEngine can print your brand logo on shipping labels from carriers that support this feature. Add your logo in the ShipEngine Dashboard.

ShipEngine can include additional information on a shipping label that is specified in the label request, if supported by the carrier.

Multi-Package Shipping

You can connect this carrier to ShipEngine multiple times using different accounts and choose which account will be used to create each shipment.

Additional Details About the Team Global Express Priority Integration

  • Team Global Express Priority does not allow the shipping of dangerous goods.

  • If you are shipping with a Team Global Express Priority service that has a weight in its name (for example, B2C Priority 1kg Satchel ATL), you must enter the weight in the service name for the shipment weight in ShipEngine.

    Team Global Express Priority may charge a penalty fee if the actual shipment weight is more than the weight in the service name. You will not be charged a penalty fee if the shipment weight is less than the service weight.

  • Team Global Express provides a "range" that you use to generate labels. Once this range has been exhausted, you will see the error message:

    ErrorError generating SSCC, SSCC range has been exhausted.

    To resolve this, contact Team Global Express for a new range, then provide the new range to ShipStation Support to update your account.
