Any service with a weight in its name (e.g., “B2C Priority 1kg Satchel ATL”) requires that exact weight to be entered for the shipment.
Toll Priority will charge a penalty if the weight of the parcel is more than the weight in the service name, but not if the parcel is less than that weight.
To connect your Toll Priority account in the ShipEngine dashboard:

Select the Toll Priority tile from the Available Carriers pop-up window.

Enter the following details of your Toll Priority account into the corresponding fields:
Name, Email, Company Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2 (optional), Suburb, State, Contact's Name, Account Number, and Toll Priority Account Manager.

OPTIONAL: Check the boxes next to the following options if they apply to your Toll Priority account:

Test Account?: This is a test Toll Priority account for creating sample labels.

Skip rating during label creation?: Do not receive estimated rates in ShipEngine from Toll Priority.

Click the Connect button.
The information entered into the connection window will be sent to ShipEngine Support. We will contact Toll Priority on your behalf for your onboarding credentials, which will then be added to your ShipEngine account by our Support team.
ShipEngine Support will then create and send a test label to Toll Priority for approval. Once approved, your Toll Priority account will be ready to use with your ShipEngine account.

Shipment manifests and End of Day documents are generated as PDF files that can be printed along with shipping labels. Because these documents are not electronically submitted, physical copies must be provided to the carrier.
ShipEngine can print your brand logo on shipping labels from carriers that support this feature. Add your logo in the ShipEngine Dashboard.
ShipEngine can include additional information on a shipping label that is specified in the label request, if supported by the carrier.
You can connect this carrier integration to ShipEngine multiple times using different account information, and choose which account will be used to create each shipment.

If you are shipping with a Toll Priority service that has a weight in its name (for example, B2C Priority 1kg Satchel ATL), you must enter the weight in the service name for the shipment weight in ShipEngine.
Toll Priority may charge a penalty fee if the actual shipment weight is more than the weight in the service name. You will not be charged a penalty fee if the shipment weight is less than the service weight.
