Additional Details About the Deutsche Post Cross-Border Integration

  • Customs forms (CN22 form) will print automatically with the Deutsche Post label.

  • Voiding a Deutsche Post label through ShipEngine does not void the label with the carrier. You will not be invoiced by Deutsche Post for unused labels, so Deutsche Post does not require you to void labels that you will not use.

  • ShipEngine prints Label Message 1 in the custRef field for Deutsche Post labels. Label Messages 2 and 3 are not supported for Deutsche Post labels.

  • The Deutsche Post services available in ShipEngine are not eligible for carrier insurance.

  • ShipEngine's integration with Deutsche Post Cross-Border does not support third-party billing.
