ShipEngine's integration with Passport supports the carrier's DDP and DDU services, so you can choose the duties and taxes payment option that best meets your business and customers' needs. Contact the Passport Sales team to register for an account.
Passport is available for shipments originating in the US.

The Passport Integration is not listed in the carrier connection pop-up by default. To connect Passport to your ShipEngine account, contact Passport Support to get approval. Once approved, the Passport tile will appear in the carrier connection list.

Your Passport API Key.
To connect your Passport account in the ShipEngine dashboard:

Select the Passport tile from the Available Carriers pop-up window.
The tile is only visible to approved accounts. Contact Passport Support to begin the approval process.

Enter your Passport API Key into the corresponding field.

Click the Connect button.
