Shipping Requirements:

Labels must be added to booking requests via the ShipEngine End of Day manifest process. ShipEngine will electronically submit your booking request to Intelcom.

The shipping rates displayed by ShipEngine are fixed rates determined by your Intelcom contractual rate card.

Intelcom automatically includes shipment insurance when you create a label. The insurance fee is included in the shipping rate.

Intelcom does not charge for the cost of a label until the shipment delivery is completed.

Packages shipped with Intelcom can have a maximum weight of 70 lb and maximum dimensions of 30x30x12 in.

ShipEngine's integration with Intelcom does not support third-party billing.
