View ShipEngine Invoices

You can view past invoices for your subscription and API usage on ShipEngine’s Subscription plan page. Postage purchased from ShipEngine Carriers will appear on the Carrier billing page.

Each Subscription plan invoice includes the following information:

  • Invoice number

  • Billing and due date

  • Amount paid

  • API usage fees

View Invoices

To view your ShipStation API invoices:

  1. Go to Settings, then Payment & Subscription.

  2. Click Invoice history for the date of the invoice you want to view.

  3. Click Download invoice. A PDF file will download.

  4. Open the invoice to review your subscription cost and any billable API usage for the invoice month.
