Analytics Pages

ShipStation API Analytics is now available in your ShipStation API Portal and gives you the data you need to optimize cost, performance, and customer experience across carriers—without building custom tools or stitching together reports.

The sections below provide details about the available dashboards. If you are new to ShipStation API, you may not have enough data to populate some of the charts and tables provided in these pages. More data will become available over time as you import and ship your orders.

Notes About Analytics Data

Please note the following about the data provided on the Analytics pages:

  • Analytics pages ignore orders from inactive stores.

  • Analytics pages ignore Rate Calculator shipments (that is, shipments without orders).

  • Currently, Analytics order counts include the number of shipments contained within an order. This means, if you have split orders into multiple shipments, your order count will reflect the number of shipments within the orders.
